Answer: Values Audit: I would like to mention that below are the values that I strongly hold in high regards that have helped me to do well in my undergraduate degree Leadership: I have understood that leadership quality is the most prominent property for a person to be at a good position in the management. During my course as well I have understood the value of leadership. According to Tyson, (2014), personal values and the ability of a person to assist others are some of the important criteria that a leader should have. I believe that I have the leadership capability in me. Respect and integrity: Although both the terms are different, it is important that a person should have both respect and integrity. Respecting others contribution, opinion and whatever they say is important (Daft, 2014). Integrity is the ethical behavior that honors to behave ethically and honestly. One should be accountable to the things they do. I totally support this fact and I always believe that one should be responsible for the things that one do. Creativity and excellence: Innovations and creativity are other important contributions that add to the excellence of a leadership. Doing things in a different way makes it more creative and one can thrive in excellence. I have that approach towards creativity and excellence that helps to excel. Work experience always count. However, it has to be understood that in the academic level as well, we are taught in a way that automatically makes us industrial fit. For example, the projects and presentations that we have to make during our academic career act as a means of professional learning only. It helps to enrich the knowledge and skills of a person and helps to get prepared for the professional life. Ones attitude towards his work should be positive enough that he shall be able to handle different projects in the right way. Personally, I have seen that I have the capability of managing things properly. I do not get nervous at any point of time. I believe in the fact that if there arise any kind of problem, there would definitely be some solution to it. The idea is to find out the solution and work on it, in order to improve the situation. In terms of my capability, I would like to say that I have the ability of maintaining a balance in life. I believe that in order to maintain integrity in life, it is important to create a balance in life. It is for the same reason, developing a strategic plan towards the activities of life is important. As commented by Huber et al., (2016), life would keep on demanding, it depends on the individual on how well are they able to manage these instances and work towards securing a better life. There will be risks at every point of time but the ability of dealing with these risks is what makes a person more capable to lead life in the right way. Maintaining a quality in the work is what actually matters and this should be the uttermost priority of a person. Personal Branding: Hi everyone, my name is your name. I am a recent Business Studies graduate. I have gathered the wealth of knowledge and skills and have the experience of dealing with various situations when risks arise. I have aimed at scoring high in my academics and that has given me the ability to become more successful in life. I believe that in order to become successgul in life, a person should have personal values and integrity in order to work with others. In terms of dealing with people, it is important to develop a leadership capability and farsightedness that is enough to meet the challenges of the business activities. The only option to excel in life and to gain success is to carry out the life in a balanced and well integrated way. Ones attitude towards life should always be positive and one should not thrive to get excel in life. It is for the same reason, important to make proper planning for life.
